Dance to You! Returns to Bright Side Manor

In June 2025, Dance to You! was invited to return to Bright Side Manor in Teaneck, New Jersey. It was a delight to reunite with the residents there who love watching the art of dance as much as we love performing it. We loved bringing a variety of solos, duos, trios, and group dances to the center!

In addition to the performance, our dancers, Caitlin, Kate, Kiara, Lilly, and Sophia led an interactive TikTok dance lesson and video filming session with the residents. Each dancer partnered with a senior volunteer and did a part of the TikTok dance in a dance circle. After a few practice run-throughs, we filmed our video. The whole room was full of laughter, encouragement, and fun!

We could see the joy that our visit brought in our audience members' faces and being able to make special memories together was the highlight of our afternoon. We look forward to returning again soon!
